Because we are a boutique builder we give you the service your project deserves. We listen to your ideas and offer advice, professionalism and a highly skilled team of people to make your dream home become a reality.
You can design your own home or work alongside an Architectural Designer who will tailor make your design.
Although many of our clients come to us about residential properties we also deal in commercial and land developments. When you choose to build with Uniq Homes you can be sure you are in exceptional hands.
When we provide a quote to build your home that quote is fixed based on the initial ground work including, surveying, planning, engineering and council approval. There are no nasty price blowout surprises on footings and variations. The only person that can change the cost of your Uniq Home is you.

More than just a builder
We do much more than build the perfect home for you. Land development is one of our growing areas. For example, if you want to put two or more homes on a block we assist with the whole process from council approval right through to final paving and landscaping.
Another hallmark of Uniq Homes is our use of specialist trades people and we listen to your needs and understand the importance of moving in to your home by the agreed date.

Our Team
Company Director and founder Robert D'Angelo is very much hands-on and personally oversees all aspects of the company, ensuring high quality work standards are met. With over 21 years of experience working in the residential/semi-commercial building industry, Robert certainly has the expertise and know-how to offer clients excellent products and services.
Co-founder Maria D'Angelo is the Accounts Manager and Interior Design specialist. Clients can benefit from Maria's 16 years of experience in this area. She can guide clients through the sometimes-overwhelming choices and provide innovative and creative interior design solutions.
Site Manager, Craig Mulqueen handles all construction, and has 21 years of experience in the building industry (both residential and commercial projects). He ensures projects are delivered on time and budget.
Carpenter Frank D'Angelo is our qualified in house carpenter and assists Craig with all facets of construction.
