I was fortunate enough to engage Uniq Homes to build a new home for my elderly mother. From the onset, Robert and his staff were a pleasure to work with. At every stage, our project was professionally managed from the initial quoting through to its completion. There was meticulous attention to detail. This meant that we were not confronted at any stage with unexpected costs. We were greatly impressed with the speed and ease with which the project proceeded.

We had started the design of our new house with only a few sketches , a photo or 2 of the look we were after and a list of the type of finishes in our heads.
When we First approached Uniq Homes, we could tell that they knew what they were talking about. They were very methodical in how they explained the whole building process from designing, construction methods, approvals and time frame.
The entire team were extremely professional. They went out of their way to ensure that our final decisions would agree with the look of the house, and where they thought there was a clash, provided details and photos of what they thought could improve the design: they were usually right.
The site was always kept neat and clean showing a level of care that is not generally seen. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we have had many impressed visitors who work in the building industry.
We love our Uniq Home. After going through the process we would not change a thing, we are completely satisfied with the process and the result. Our home was complete one day ahead of schedule despite a wet winter.
The workmanship of the Uniq team and their trades people is outstanding and we are still impressed every day when we walk around our home. The quality of the build has made it easy for us to recommend them to all.
